Waiver

All Cycleboat guests will need to review and sign our digital waiver in order to board. After signing, you’ll receive an email confirmation that you’ll then show with your ID to the crew to board.

Internet connection isn’t the greatest at marina so it’s best to sign prior to arrival :)

Tipping the Crew

We get asked this a lot so we want to share that tips are NOT included in your tour purchase. Not required, but beyond appreciated so if the crew takes care of you and shows you a good time they always appreciate the love! They all have venmo and paypal accounts as well if that’s your preferred way of providing a tip!

Location & Parking

We are located at Rivertowne Marina @ 4601 Kellogg Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45226

Guests need to park at the large covered pavilion and take the ramp to the boat - please do not take the steps. The Cycleboat is located at the gold star, if you don’t see us, we’re heading back from another tour and will be ready for you in no time!

Food, Drinks & Ice

Guests are allowed to bring food and drinks on board for their tour. We prefer that glass is not brought on the boat, but if someone from your group brings it on board, we just ask that it’s kept in the cooler in between pours.

You can also purchase snacks, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and ice right at the marina at the Party Pavilion (pictures below) which is steps from the dock.

Monday & Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday - Friday - 11am - 8pm

Saturday & Sunday 10am - 9pm

Weather

We keep a close eye on the weather and river conditions with our Cycleboat crew. If at any time we feel that the weather or river conditions are not safe, or may become unsafe during the duration of your tour, then we will contact you as soon as possible to either delay the tour or cancel and reschedule.
